Marketing Manager

Conduct data analysis, develop innovative strategies, and develop marketing programs tailored to target customers to increase sales. Responsible for the company's brand image. Coordinate with relevant parties related to marketing programs.

Responsible for collaboration, insight measurement, and data analysis of content from KOLs or influencers. Responsible for proposing discounts and gift sets to third parties, procuring promotional materials, and distributing merchandise or gift sets. Responsible for establishing relationships and communicating the presence of outlets, their products, and services, to customers in each outlet area.

Analyze sales data at each outlet. Propose and develop new products with the Research & Development team based on market trends and customer expectations, and even become a trendsetter. Develop, propose, and disseminate policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department in accordance with applicable regulations.

Propose and ensure the use of the department's annual budget in accordance with applicable regulations. Communicate effectively with the team, direct supervisor, and other departments. Report regularly to superiors regarding planning, progress, and results of weekly and monthly activities.
