Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's market presence. Identify new business opportunities within the HRB, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Power Plant, and related sectors.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, developers, and end-users. Develop branding, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance company awareness and market positioning.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry trend analysis to support business decision-making. Coordinate with engineering, project, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and monitor sales reports, marketing activities, project pipelines, and business forecasts.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar role. Proven experience in project sales within industrial, engineering, infrastructure, building services, or related sectors, with a good understanding of tender and procurement processes.
Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Well-established network with owners, contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users. Results-oriented with a strong track record in achieving sales and business growth targets.
