Marketing Lead bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan kesadaran merek (brand awareness) dan jumlah pendaftaran siswa. Peran ini mencakup kepemimpinan dalam koordinasi kampanye pemasaran di berbagai saluran digital maupun offline. Selain itu, posisi ini mengelola platform media sosial sekolah, konten situs web, dan materi pemasaran. Marketing Lead juga berperan dalam membangun hubungan dengan calon orang tua siswa, mitra bisnis, serta komunitas luas, sekaligus merencanakan acara sekolah, open house, pameran, dan kegiatan promosi lainnya.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment; Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels; Manage the school's social media platforms, website content, and marketing materials; Build relationships with prospective parents, business partners, and the wider community; Plan and organize school events, open houses, exhibitions, and promotional activities; Analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and effective communication.
