The Marketing Kredit role focuses on managing the end-to-end credit process, including data verification and the preparation of credit proposals. The primary objective is to maintain portfolio quality and manage Non-Performing Loans (NPL) while actively expanding the bank's market reach.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the end-to-end credit process; Maintain portfolio quality and NPL; Perform data verification; Prepare credit proposals.
Kualifikasi: Capable of working with targets, prospecting, credit distribution, and opening new markets/debtors; Minimum Diploma (D3) education with 3-5 years of experience in a Commercial Bank or BPR; Honest, tenacious, high integrity, disciplined, responsible, and high fighting spirit; Capable of working individually or in a team.
