PT Starts Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi individu berbakat untuk bergabung sebagai Marketing - Japanese Speaker. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang properti dan layanan terkait, menyediakan solusi hunian serta ruang komersial yang handal bagi klien. Posisi ini menuntut keterlibatan aktif dalam riset pasar terkait harga sewa apartemen dan kantor, penyusunan daftar properti, serta koordinasi menyeluruh guna mendukung proses transaksi dari awal hingga akhir. Dalam kesehariannya, peran ini bertindak sebagai representasi dukungan pelanggan serta penerjemah antara klien, agen, dan teknisi untuk memastikan setiap permintaan maupun kendala layanan apartemen tertangani dengan baik. Anda juga bertanggung jawab dalam menyiapkan laporan pemasaran rutin secara berkala serta menjalin komunikasi intensif guna memperluas jaringan klien dan memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Conduct market research on apartment and office rental prices, including market segmentation analysis; 2. Plan and execute research, strategic initiatives, and projects in accordance with set timelines; 3. Prepare property listings, verify client documents, and provide consulting services to clients; 4. Engage in marketing activities to attract new clients, list properties, and support the end-to-end transaction process; 5. Handle client requests and complaints related to apartment services; 6. Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians; 7. Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in any field; Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in the property sector is a strong advantage); Familiar with industry and apartment regulation, renting law and investment; Proficiency in English & Japanese ( minimum JLPT N2 / JLPT N1 is a plus); Ability to work both independently and in a team. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a serious work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure, and be dependable and detail-oriented; Willingness to work hard to meet targets and deadlines.
