Are you a hungry, tech-savvy fresh graduate or a final-year student looking to bypass the boring "coffee-running" corporate internships? We are looking for an ambitious Marketing & Business Development Intern who wants to learn how a modern B2B tech consultancy actually grows from the ground up. You will work on real client projects, build an elite portfolio, and sit at the table where major business decisions are made. Your Key Responsibilities

High-Impact Content Creation: Research and write high-quality, SEO-driven blogs for both elite client websites and the official RICE AI platform to position us as industry thought leaders. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify, research, and map out potential future clients and high-value SMEs that need digital transformation. Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch fresh, out-of-the-box B2B marketing content ideas across digital channels.

Executive Shadowing: Attend critical strategic meetings, take precise, actionable notes, and learn how to communicate and negotiate with corporate stakeholders. What We are Looking For (Requirements) S1 Fresh Graduate or Final-Year Student in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Excellent written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable with English tech terms). A strong curiosity about Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, and the digital tech landscape. A "get things done" attitude—you don't wait for instructions; you look for solutions.
