Responsibilities: Develop and execute event, exhibition, roadshow, sponsorship, and promotional programs to increase brand awareness and support sales growth. Coordinate event timelines, budgets, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
Prepare and manage promotional materials, communication assets, product displays, and other marketing support tools for both online and offline activities. Execute in-store promotional programs and support merchandising activities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events and promotional activities, maintain relationships with external partners, and provide innovative ideas based on industry trends.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 year of experience in Event Marketing, Promotion, or a related role (preferably in FMCG or retail industries).
Creative, proactive, with strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Able to manage multiple projects, work independently or in a team, and willing to travel for events and promotional activities when required.
