Marketing Director

About the role We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our dynamic team in East Jakarta on a full-time basis . In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, market share expansion, and business objectives across our portfolio of products. This position is integral to our organisation, directly reporting to senior management and serving as a key voice in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives. You will lead a talented team and collaborate across functions to ensure our brands remain competitive and relevant in the Indonesian market.

Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all customer touchpoints including digital, retail, and traditional media channels Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and delivering strong return on investment across all campaigns Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities

Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and market execution Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, providing regular reporting on marketing effectiveness and recommending strategic adjustments Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives that drive consumer engagement and loyalty

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key external partners, agencies, and stakeholders Represent the company at industry events and maintain thought leadership within the marketing and consumer goods sectors What we're looking
