About the role In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract clients, and maximise property sales and leasing opportunities. The Marketing Director will play a strategic role as a leader in the commercial property sector, directly contributing to the company's revenue objectives and market expansion. Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for commercial property sales, leasing and management services Create and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across multiple channels and campaigns Lead the marketing team in producing high-quality promotional materials, including property brochures, digital content, and multimedia presentations

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimisation, social media campaigns, email marketing and online advertising Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, institutional investors, and media partners Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends within the commercial real estate sector

Oversee brand management and ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing platforms and touchpoints Coordinate public relations activities, press releases, and corporate communications to enhance company reputation Evaluate marketing campaign performance through key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management
