Marketing Coordinator

FINNS Beach Club is looking for a sharp, highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join the FINNS marketing team. This is a detail-oriented role that sits at the heart of our marketing operations - keeping campaigns on track, assets on point, and the team running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting everything from campaign coordination and budget tracking to vendor management and in-venue asset checks. Location: Bali, Indonesia Responsibilities Assist with campaign planning, partnerships, and execution - supporting the Marketing Manager from briefing through to delivery.

Serve as the key person for budget tracking and reconciliation - owning the numbers, flagging discrepancies, and ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and reported. Liaise with internal departments and external parties for all marketing needs, including collateral production, approvals, and campaign execution. Assist with booking engine upkeep - reviewing functionality, flagging errors or discrepancies, and ensuring all messaging and assets are up to date.

Coordinate & assign tasks on Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met and checklists are communicated to relevant teams. Manage marketing calendars and schedules, keeping the team organised and aligned across all upcoming campaigns and activations Maintain and organise all marketing files and assets, ensuring everything is up to date and easily accessible

Conduct regular in-venue checks to ensure all signage and marketing assets are current, on-brand, and in good condition. Provide ad hoc support to the Marketing Manager and marketing sub-departments as needed. Qualifications
