MASAMI is looking for a Marketing Communication Manager to lead our brand communication, social media, KOL, and event strategies. Requirements ✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Communication (Beauty Retail preferred) ✔️ Strong knowledge of Social Media, KOL/Influencer Marketing & Event Management ✔️ Creative, strategic, and results-driven ✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills ✔️ Passionate about beauty trends and consumer engagement Your Responsibilities * Develop and execute marketing communication strategies * Lead Social Media, KOL, and Event teams * Plan and manage marketing campaigns & brand activations * Ensure brand consistency across all channels * Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
