Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives, covering branding, digital marketing, social media, corporate communication, customer acquisition, and business growth initiatives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs across online and offline channels, including product launches, retail activations, events, partnerships, loyalty initiatives, and programs that drive platform adoption, traffic, transactions, and customer retention.
- Drive digital marketing and brand management by overseeing digital channels, content strategy, social media, community engagement, performance marketing, and ensuring consistent implementation of the Company's brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage corporate communication and strategic stakeholder engagement through public relations, media communications, management communications, co-branding initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams, distributors, business partners, and brand principals to strengthen corporate reputation.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize business results by utilizing market insights, customer data, campaign analytics, and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, improve customer journeys, and maximize return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Oversee marketing governance, budgeting, and operational excellence by managing annual marketing budgets, establishing policies, approval processes, documentation standards, compliance requirements, and driving continuous improvement of marketing processes and execution quality.
- Lead and develop the marketing team by providing strategic direction, coaching, performance management, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of marketing, branding, digital, and communication initiatives.
