Marketing Analyst Staff (Export Division)

Job Description: Monitor sales performance for Snack & Baby Food categories Coordinate with country analysts to understand market conditions

Manage and monitor POSM/gimmick allocation based on Advertising & Promotion budget Support latest estimate updates and annual AOP through data consolidation and analysis Monitor profit & loss through data analysis and variance tracking

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports with analysis Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Marketing or related field

1–2 years of experience in marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome) Good communication skills in English and strong coordination ability Demonstrates positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to be hands-on
