Job Description Monitor and report shift performance related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Compliance, and People. Ensure daily shop floor activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs, HSEQ requirements, and Operational Excellence standards. Conduct regular shop floor observations to identify safety risks, unsafe conditions, near misses, and opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation of Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) activities, including Tier Meetings, BBQS observations, and area ownership initiatives. Monitor compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and Risk Assessments (IRM), and provide feedback to operators, supervisors, and team leaders. Perform time and motion studies to evaluate work processes and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare shift reports, compliance reports, and gap analysis to support operational performance improvements. Coordinate with the Operational Excellence team to monitor compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure employees understand and follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and HSEQ requirements through training and coaching. Identify operational issues on the shop floor and recommend practical solutions to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
