About Us PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (). Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java , which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.Define and control process parameters, tooling, and work instructions . Analyze and resolve production issues related to quality, efficiency, and capacity . Prepare and maintain engineering and trial documentation .
Kualifikasi: Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Having internship experience in a manufacturing environment (especially footwear) is a huge plus.; Basic understanding or strong interest in manufacturing workflows, lean manufacturing concepts, or footwear production processes.; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking capabilities.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Good command of English (both written and spoken) to handle documentation and collaborate effectively.; Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work cross-functionally with Production, QA, and R&D teams.; Having internship or project experience in Purchasing is a strong plus.; Benefit; Competitive Salary Package; Full Time Employment when pass 3 month probation.; Opportunity to grow and wide in career path.; Receive training and development program; Lunch Meal; Language Allowance; Healthcare Insurance (BPJS); Social Insurance (BPJS).
