Mandarin Translator

We are seeking an experienced Mandarin Translator to support communication between local and China-based teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to translate engineering and technical information accurately. This role will facilitate communication across departments and support engineering projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electronics Engineering, Engineering, Languages, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator, Engineering Translator, or in a manufacturing/engineering support role. Strong understanding of engineering terminology and technical documentation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Familiarity with NPI, project transfer, qualification, and mass production processes is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high accuracy. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia during meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and daily communications
- Translate technical documents, including engineering drawings, specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, test reports, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and project-related documentation
- Support communication and coordination between local teams and China-based Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams
- Assist engineering teams in understanding technical requirements, customer specifications, and engineering documentation
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), project transfer, product qualification, and mass production activities through effective translation and communication
- Track project progress, follow up on action items, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
- Prepare and translate presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management
- Maintain confidentiality of technical information, project data, and company documents
- Provide administrative and coordination support related to engineering projects as assigned
