Job Desc : 1. Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for all. 2. Identify training and development needed

3. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, to ensure timely filling of positions 4. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and Develop and update onboarding materials 5. Ensure company compliance with all applicable labor regulations (Labor Law, BPJS Employment & Health, etc.)

6. Handle industrial relations matters, including employee discipline, termination of employment, and dispute resolution. 7. Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve issues. 8. Assist the HR Manager in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.

9. Verify attendance data, overtime, and leave requests for the payroll process. 10. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of benefit payments (BPJS, THR, bonuses, etc.). 11. Support the implementation of the performance management system (performance appraisal).
