Resposibility : Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee orientation Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assisting with payroll administration, including data entry, verification, and coordination with payroll systems Supporting the administration of employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, leave management, and other employee entitlements Coordinating employee training and development programmes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures across the organisation Providing administrative support for disciplinary processes, performance management, and employee relations matters Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters
Supporting the preparation of HR reports, data analysis, and metrics to inform strategic decision-making Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws and regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements What we're looking for
Secondary education as a minimum; a diploma or degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or textile environment Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
