What You’ll Do AI Data Report and Analysis, create and analyze Sales Data Report from AI and CRM, track conversion rates and monthly sales performance and propose actionable improvements. Program Management, design and manage a motivational program, including monthly additional incentive schemes (outside primary incentive), additional reward mechanisms (your creativity), and motivational engagement materials (chatGPT poster, sales quote) to drive team sales performance Mandarin Communication, with the headquarters’ operations team and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth local sales operations What We’re Looking For: Fluent Mandarin Speaker (Min. HSK 5) We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts. Proactive & Ownership, Strong Communication & Collaboration, Energetic & Growth-Oriented Minimum Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or any data related degree is preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations, marketing operations, or user growth. Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel / CRM / BI tools. Whats on Offer: Work in a multinational, global publicly listed company. KPI-based performance allowance.
