Manager Risk, Legal & Compliance

Job Overview We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and integrity-driven Manager Risk, Legal & Compliance to lead the Company's risk management, legal, and regulatory compliance functions. This role is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters, and strengthening the Company's governance practices to support sustainable business growth.

The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and other relevant authorities, identify and mitigate legal and operational risks, establish internal policies and procedures, and ensure the Company's business activities align with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in risk management, legal, and compliance, preferably within the financial services, digital financial assets, cryptocurrency, fintech, banking, or capital market industries. They possess strong leadership capabilities, sound legal judgment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a thorough understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and Indonesia's digital financial asset regulatory framework.

Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks, including operational, compliance, legal, information technology, cybersecurity, fraud, reputational, liquidity, and strategic risks. Develop and maintain the Company's Risk Register, Risk Assessments, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Risk Appetite Framework.

Conduct risk assessments for new products, services, projects, and business initiatives. Prepare periodic risk management reports for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions arising from internal and external audit findings.

Provide legal advice and strategic legal support to management and business units. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
