This managerial role focuses on leading marketing strategies within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within the HVAC, home appliances, or building materials sectors. The position requires a strong understanding of AC products and applications, combined with leadership capabilities to manage teams effectively. You will be expected to utilize your experience in marketing and sales to negotiate deals and build long-term business relationships.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role; Experience in HVAC / Air Conditioner sales; Experience in the HVAC/AC, Home Appliances, or Building Materials/Construction Projects manufacturing industry is strongly preferred; Strong understanding of AC products and applications; Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
