Coordinate manpower planning with department heads Develop effective sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees

Employee Relations & Performance Management Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, counselling, and investigations Ensure proper implementation of company policies and HR procedures

Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans Foster positive employee engagement and workplace culture Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely salary processing Manage employee benefits, insurance, BPJS, leave administration, and claims Monitor compensation structures and market competitiveness
