Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10–15 years of engineering and maintenance experience in pulp & paper or other heavy process industries
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience in plant commissioning and start-up is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, hydraulic, and utility systems
• Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• A contract-based during project phase, with a high chance of permanent during operation & maintenance phase
• Willing to be placed in OKI, South Sumatra

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead engineering and maintenance activities throughout commissioning and start-up
• Manage multidisciplinary teams covering mechanical, electrical, automation, instrumentation, and utilities
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure plant systems are commissioned, tested, and handed over in accordance with project specifications and OEM requirements
• Establish maintenance procedures, CMMS, equipment hierarchy, and spare parts strategies
• Monitor equipment reliability through KPIs such as availability, MTBF, and MTTR, and lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA)
• Coordinate maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and technical support during commissioning
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, Permit to Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and environmental regulations
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and maintenance resources effectively
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational performance
