Manage Engineering operations, improve energy efficiency and productivity, reduce downtime, guide personnel, and ensure maintenance compliance.
Tanggung jawab: To manage, organize, and plan the operation of the Engineering Dept; To achieve energy efficiency, reduce downtime and increase productivity; Educate and guide the personnel within the department; To troubleshoot any problem related to maintenance with SOP and safety; Managing the CMMS Proplant ensures planned maintenance is carried out as scheduled; Working Hours: Monday – Saturday Monday: 08.00–17.00 WIB | Tuesday – Friday: 08.00–16.00 WIB | Saturday: 08.00–12.00 WIB.
Kualifikasi: Posses Degree in Engineering; Having 10 years of working experience in related field, preferably in Flour Mills Manufacturing; Leadership, Managerial, Problem Solving and Communication Skill; Posses Technical Knowledge in Industrial Engineering (PLC, Motor, Civil, Electrical, Etc.); Working Location in Medan Industrial Estate; Willing to work 6 days a week , and available to be contacted anytime for any Emergency issues.

Kualifikasi
