Sebagai Manager, Account Management, Anda akan menjadi penggerak utama pertumbuhan bisnis di Indonesia. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk membangun hubungan klien baru, memperdalam hubungan yang sudah ada, dan mengelola tim Account Manager. Peran ini mencakup pengembangan strategi klien, bertindak sebagai penasihat terpercaya, serta berkolaborasi dengan tim operasional global untuk memberikan solusi rantai pasok yang inovatif.
Tanggung jawab: Set the tone and standard for how Flexport sells and serves clients in Indonesia; Build new client relationships and deepen existing ones; Manage and mentor Account Managers on the team; Lead the growth plan for the book of business; Generate leads, turn them into opportunities, and develop solutions for clients; Act as clients’ trusted advisor and advocate for their needs inside Flexport; Run regular touchpoints and business reviews; Work with Operations, Procurement, Implementation, industry specialists, and Trade and Financial Services; Monitor client health and help clients improve operational processes.
