We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations and continued development of a high-end private villa located in Seminyak, Bali. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the property, managing it as if it were their own. The Villa Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the property, working closely with the owners. The role involves managing staff, guests, service providers, and booking performance with a high level of autonomy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable solving problems, making strategic decisions, and constantly seeking ways to improve both the guest experience and the property’s overall performance, going beyond simple guest relations or reception duties.
