Manager

We are a growing professional consulting firm providing Accounting, Tax, Business Licensing, and Corporate Advisory services to local and international clients. Our client portfolio includes SMEs, PMA companies, foreign investors, and multinational businesses operating in Indonesia. We are seeking a highly motivated Tax & Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and tax team, ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, and provide professional advisory support to our clients. Review and supervise monthly tax compliance, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2), and VAT (PPN).

Review Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan). Monitor changes in tax regulations and provide guidance to clients and internal teams. Handle tax audits, tax assessments, objections, and correspondence with tax authorities.

Assist clients with tax planning and tax risk management. Review transfer pricing documentation and cross-border tax matters when required. Review bookkeeping and accounting records prepared by the team.

Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and timely. Review balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to clients. Manage, mentor, and develop accounting and tax staff. Review work quality and ensure deliverables meet professional standards.
