Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini berperan dalam mendorong inisiatif peningkatan kualitas dan manajemen di seluruh perusahaan melalui perencanaan yang efektif dan metodologi PDCA. Officer ini bertanggung jawab mengelola Calendar of Events (CoE) untuk jajaran Direksi, menyiapkan presentasi KPI yang komprehensif, serta memfasilitasi Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) untuk memantau kemajuan implementasi. Selain itu, posisi ini bertindak sebagai perwakilan kunci dari Komite Keselamatan Pertambangan & Lingkungan untuk memastikan eksekusi siklus proses HSE yang kuat di seluruh operasional perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Drive company-wide management and quality improvement initiatives; Manage the Calendar of Events (CoE) for the Board of Directors; Prepare comprehensive KPI presentations; Facilitate Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP); Serve as a key representative of the Mining Safety & Environmental Committee.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree in Management / Industrial Engineering / Information System; Minimum 3 years relevant experience; Experience in handling ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits; Having knowledge about mining activities; Having the ability Writing & Reporting skill; Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
