Management Consultant Senior Associate & Senior Level

Our client is a well-established boutique management consulting firm based in Indonesia, partnering with leading private companies, government institutions, and state-owned enterprises (BUMN). The firm specializes in strategy development, business transformation, project management, and implementation, helping organizations solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable impact. We are looking for passionate and driven consultants to join our client's growing team as either a Senior Associate or Senior-Level Consultant . In this role, you will work closely with clients to solve strategic and operational challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and support the successful delivery of consulting engagements. Depending on your level of experience, you will also have opportunities to lead project workstreams, manage client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development initiatives.

The current project pipeline is primarily focused on Government and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) , while the firm continues to serve clients across a wide range of industries. Position 1: Senior Associate Consultant Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university. 3–4 years of experience in management consulting or strategy consulting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in conducting research, developing business insights, and preparing client presentations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Position 2: Senior Level Consultant 4–6 years of experience in management consulting.
