Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Maintenance & Engineering team to ensure effective daily operations. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for factory buildings, facilities, and utilities. Monitor and maintain supporting systems, including electrical, HVAC, water supply, compressed air, and other plant infrastructure. Support factory construction, setup, expansion, and commissioning projects to ensure timely and efficient implementation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on engineering and facility-related matters. Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation using AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company regulations, and engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance effectiveness and facility reliability. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance & Engineering within a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in garment manufacturing or other labor-intensive industries will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of factory building maintenance, utilities, and manufacturing facilities management. Experience in supporting greenfield projects, factory setup, plant construction, or commissioning activities is highly preferred.
