Posisi Teknisi Maintenance bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan seluruh fasilitas dan peralatan restoran beroperasi dengan optimal. Peran ini mencakup inspeksi rutin, perbaikan sistem kelistrikan, perpipaan, pencahayaan, AC, dan sistem mekanis lainnya. Anda akan melakukan pemeliharaan preventif untuk meminimalkan waktu henti peralatan, menangani masalah teknis dengan cepat, serta menjaga lingkungan kerja yang aman dan bersih sesuai standar operasional restoran.
Tanggung jawab: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of restaurant facilities and equipment; Ensure electrical, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and mechanical systems operate properly; Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner; Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime; Monitor the condition of facilities and report any potential issues; Maintain a safe and clean working environment; Support restaurant operations with technical assistance when required.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Building Maintenance, or a similar.
