HonoBono Kissa, bagian dari Chontea & Co., menghadirkan pesona nostalgia kissaten Jepang di Jimbaran. Tempat ini beroperasi sebagai kafe santai dengan menu Hotto Keki, pasta Napolitan, dan kopi seduh manual di siang hari, serta bertransformasi menjadi lounge intim dengan koktail klasik, wiski premium, dan anggur pilihan di malam hari dengan alunan musik jazz. Sebagai Host, Anda akan menjadi titik kontak pertama bagi setiap tamu, mengelola reservasi, waktu tunggu, serta alur di area lantai untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan sejak tamu pertama kali datang. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik serta keramahan untuk menjaga standar pengalaman tamu di HonoBono.
Tanggung jawab: Greet guests on arrival and lead them to their tables in a timely, friendly manner; Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed, managing expectations; Manage guest reservations and coordinate wait times when necessary; Maintain positive guest and colleague relationships throughout service; Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen and management to ensure a smooth flow of service; Support upselling of HonoBono's food and beverage offerings; Requirements; Benefits.
Kualifikasi: Self-motivated, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service; Excellent, eloquent communication skills in English; Friendly and professional attitude; Good physical condition, able to stand and walk through an entire shift.
