Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma or Vocational School (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a luxury villa, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical equipment, and general building maintenance
• Experience with swimming pool maintenance is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to read technical drawings and basic electrical diagrams
• Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance tasks safely
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent communication skills
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule

Tanggung Jawab

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for villas, guest facilities, and public areas
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building issues
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and internal departments
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, tiling, and finishing repairs as required
• Maintain swimming pool equipment, water systems, pumps, and filtration systems
• Record maintenance activities and report equipment conditions to the Engineering Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required
• Support emergency maintenance and be available for shift work, weekends, and public holidays when needed
