Maintenance Sales Officer

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a sales in the HVAC industry, or at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in other industries.
• Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning products.
• Possess extensive networking within the HVAC industry, including Commercial AC partners, MEP consultants, contractors, subcontractors, dealers, project owners, or other related stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Competent in delivering presentations and product demonstrations to B2B and project-based customers.
• Manage and execute sales activities in accordance with company objectives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Introduce company products to customers, follow up on inquiries, and handle all sales-related activities, including maintenance contracts.
• Review and ensure that quotations submitted to customers meet their requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the Head of Service.
• Coordinate and implement sales plans in collaboration with the Head of Service.
