Luxury Sales Associate adalah peran yang berfokus pada pelayanan pelanggan premium dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai fashion dan brand mewah. Anda akan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dari berbagai latar belakang, memberikan rekomendasi produk, serta memastikan pengalaman belanja yang eksklusif. Posisi ini membutuhkan pola pikir penjualan yang kuat, kemampuan negosiasi yang persuasif, serta ketelitian dalam menangani produk mewah dan data pelanggan.
Kualifikasi: Passionate about fashion, luxury brands, and the pre-loved luxury industry; Good understanding of luxury fashion brands, trends, and product characteristics; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; Customer-oriented with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service; Confident, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds; Strong sales mindset and target-oriented; Detail-oriented, especially when handling luxury products and customer information; Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team; Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is an advantage; English proficiency is an advantage.
