Posisi ini memegang peran krusial dalam memimpin operasional gudang untuk memastikan akurasi stok dan efisiensi pergerakan barang. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengelola seluruh alur logistik dari penerimaan hingga pengiriman agar berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup supervisi proses inbound dan outbound, memimpin staf gudang untuk menjaga ketertiban administrasi, serta memastikan akurasi manajemen inventaris melalui cycle count dan evaluasi rutin. Anda juga berperan dalam menganalisis laporan operasional, mengimplementasikan perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dan regulasi keselamatan kerja.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct stock opname process according to schedule to ensure conformity of physical stock with the system; Supervise the process of receiving (inbound) to issuing (outbound) goods according to applicable procedures/SOPs; Lead/supervise all warehouse staff to orderly procedures & administration of all goods movements in the warehouse, so that stock accuracy is well maintained; Make reports regarding stock administration, warehouse problems & stock control evaluations, to be used as routine briefing materials to related work divisions; Evaluate the neatness of physical stock of goods, warehouse cleanliness, administrative files & all warehouse report data; Supervise and coordinate order fulfillment; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment; Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies; Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods, including quality and quantity checks; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns; Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement; Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within warehousing, logistics, stock, or inventory management; Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, including applicable laws and regulations; Experienced in warehouse administration and shipping/expedition processes is highly preferred; Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills; Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple processes, and meet tight deadlines; Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy; Willing to travel as required; Demonstrates good interpersonal and public communication skills.
