Logistic Manager (Freight Forwarding) bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengawasi operasional pengiriman barang internasional dan domestik secara end-to-end yang mencakup jalur laut, udara, dan darat. Peran ini juga mencakup koordinasi dokumentasi impor/ekspor, manajemen proses kepabeanan, serta pengarahan dan pengoptimalan aktivitas gudang harian guna memastikan efisiensi rantai pasok dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi pelayaran.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee end-to-end international and domestic freight forwarding operations (Sea, Air, and Land freight); Coordinate import/export documentation and manage customs clearance processes; Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations; Direct and optimize daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch; Ensure maximum space utilization and maintain high standards of safety and security; Negotiate rates and build strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers; Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular stock takes and cycle counts; Ensure high inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Analyze supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives; Reduce logistics costs, minimize transit times, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
