Logistic & Distribution Supervisor

About the Role PT Eternal Buana Chemical Industries (EBCI) is seeking a Logistic & Distribution Supervisor to lead and manage daily warehouse and distribution operations at our Cikupa, Tangerang facility. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations for Raw Material (RM), Finished Goods (FG), and Spare Parts (SP) to ensure operational effectiveness and inventory accuracy.

Monitor inbound and outbound activities including receiving, storage, stock transfer, picking, packing, and product dispatch in accordance with company procedures. Lead and coordinate RM Foreman, FG & SP Foreman, Warehouse Controllers, and warehouse operators to achieve operational targets, productivity, and service levels. Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle count, stock opname, inventory reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.

Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure material availability and on-time product delivery. Monitor warehouse utilization, storage capacity, material handling processes, and housekeeping standards to maintain warehouse efficiency. Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, 5S, ISO, and company regulations within warehouse and distribution operations.

Analyze warehouse and distribution performance, prepare operational reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain Operations within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team as Supervisor, Foreman, Coordinator, or equivalent. Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, stock opname, cycle count, FIFO/FEFO, and distribution processes.
