Live Streaming Operator – Co-Host Job Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of TikTok livestreams, including pre-live preparation and coordination, livestream planning, script preparation, promotional messaging, and campaign execution.

Assist the host during livestreams by managing product listings, demonstrating the purchasing process, and maintaining an engaging and interactive livestream atmosphere. Monitor livestream performance and optimize strategies based on real-time data to achieve sales targets. Interact with viewers by responding to questions promptly and maintaining a positive and orderly livestream environment.

Output review livestream report by session, week, month Analyze post-livestream performance data and identify opportunities to improve future livestream effectiveness. Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, Livestream Operations, Livestream Assistant, or related roles. Experience with TikTok Shop is highly preferred. Good understanding of TikTok LIVE operations , platform features, livestream workflows, and online shopping behavior. Familiar with livestream performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CTR, conversion rate, engagement rate, viewers) and able to analyze data to improve livestream performance.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for preparing and analyzing livestream reports. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support hosts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and perform well under pressure.
