LIVE STREAMING COORDINATOR EXECUTIVE

Plan, coordinate, and execute daily live streaming sessions across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other digital channels. Coordinate livestream schedules, product line-ups, promotional campaigns, and scripts with cross-functional teams. Ensure all products, pricing, vouchers, and promotional mechanics are prepared before each livestream.

Support and coordinate livestream hosts, including briefing, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Monitor livestream performance in real time and provide operational support to ensure smooth execution. Track key performance metrics, including GMV, viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and average order value.

Prepare post-livestream reports and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Stay updated with industry trends, platform features, and competitor activities to improve livestream performance.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or campaign coordination. Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple livestream schedules simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing business needs.
