Tim kami bekerja sama dengan profesional desain dan konstruksi untuk mengkoordinasikan produk lampu, dokumentasi teknis, dan kebutuhan proyek secara menyeluruh. Posisi Lighting Drafter & 3D Visualizer memadukan keahlian drafting teknis yang akurat dengan kemampuan visualisasi yang kuat. Anda akan menerjemahkan sketsa desain, spesifikasi produk, dan informasi rekayasa menjadi gambar 2D terperinci dan model 3D. Tugas ini memastikan lampu dan sistem kontrol terkoordinasi dengan rencana arsitektur, interior, dan listrik, serta menghasilkan visualisasi yang membantu klien dan tim proyek memahami proposal lampu. Peran ini menuntut perhatian detail, koordinasi lintas disiplin, dan kemampuan menghasilkan gambar serta visualisasi yang realistis untuk mendukung keputusan desain dan instalasi.
Tanggung jawab: Technical Drafting & Coordination; Prepare lighting layouts, reflected ceiling plans, circuit and wiring drawings, and installation details using AutoCAD; Develop detailed technical drawings from sketches, fixture specifications, and engineering information; Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings to identify clashes and coordinate solutions with the project team; Produce shop drawings for custom lighting assemblies, mounting tracks, brackets, and junction boxes; Incorporate dimmers, sensors, keypads, control panels, and other lighting control components into coordinated drawings; Revise drawings following design changes, review comments, value-engineering decisions, and site feedback; Maintain organized drawing files, revision records, and current drawing sets; Support lighting calculations using DIALux or DIALux evo , including illuminance, uniformity, and glare assessments; 3D Modeling & Visualization; Build and update SketchUp models from architectural floor plans, elevations, and interior details; Create realistic lighting visualizations using Enscape to communicate lighting effects, materials, reflections, and atmosphere; Refine models and renderings based on project team feedback.
Kualifikasi: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D , with the ability to produce accurate, well-organized technical drawings; Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and electrical drawings, including dimensions, scales, and standard symbols; Working knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape is strongly preferred; Familiarity with DIALux or DIALux evo is an advantage; Excellent attention to detail in dimensions, fixture positioning, mounting requirements, and installation clearances; Ability to account for driver access, wiring routes, and heat-dissipation requirements using product specifications and engineering guidance; Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage revisions and meet project deadlines; Relevant drafting experience in lighting, architecture, interior design, or MEP projects; Cover letter required; Please briefly introduce yourself, explain your experience working with architectural, interior, or lighting drawings, and describe why you are suitable for the Lighting Drafter & 3D Visualizer position; Applications without a tailored cover letter will not be considered.
