Kami mencari seorang BIM / Revit Architect yang terampil untuk mendukung penyampaian model arsitektural BIM berkualitas tinggi dan dokumentasi di berbagai proyek konsultansi multidisiplin termasuk bangunan komersial, infrastruktur, dan pusat data. Sebagai bagian dari tim konsultan kami, Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan arsitek, insinyur struktural, dan MEP untuk memastikan hasil kerja BIM yang akurat, terkoordinasi, dan sesuai standar sepanjang siklus hidup desain.
Tanggung jawab: Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit; Produce tender and IFC construction documentation; Coordinate models with Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines; Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues; Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and documentation quality.
Kualifikasi: Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field; Minimum 5 years of Revit experience in consultancy or design environment; Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing; Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination; Knowledge of BIM standards and project delivery workflows.
