Lifting Expert

Job Description: . Focal point for all lifting matters including approval/review of related documents submitted by Customers/Contractors . Ensures all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company QHSES policies, regulations and standards

. Assists organization with lifting procedures & drawings review and technical support of execution matters . Attend onsite safety meetings and toolbox talks to ensure there is a clear understanding of the activities that are to be performed . Responsible for overseeing Lifting activities

. Promotes best practice, sharing information and ideas .

. 5-10 years demonstrated field experience in lifting operations, lifting preparation (lift plans), lifting supervision and lifting equipment inspection . Extensive experience in lifting & rigging . Valid Certifications issued by Internationally Recognized bodies as Competent Lifting Specialist

. Inspection of lifting equipment & devices to confirm compliance with Code requirements . Knowledge of International standards such as LOLER, BS, LEEA, DNV and experience in regulatory compliance
