Kualifikasi

• Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate
• Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred
• Holds a valid Lifeguard Certification (preferred)
• Certified in First Aid and CPR
• Strong swimming and water rescue skills
• Able to work outdoors
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Friendly, attentive, and guest-oriented
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
• Able to join immediately is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the swimming pool and beach area
• Monitor water conditions and enforce safety regulations
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when required
• Conduct routine inspections of rescue equipment and safety facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area
• Assist guests with safety information and provide excellent customer service
• Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to management
