Are you passionate about water safety and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Minoo Beach Club is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lifeguard to join our team.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the swimming pool and beach area; Monitor water conditions and enforce safety regulations; Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies; Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when required; Conduct routine inspections of rescue equipment and safety facilities; Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area; Assist guests with safety information and provide excellent customer service; Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to management; What We Offer:; Competitive salary; Service charge; Staff meals allowance; Transport allowance; Career growth opportunities; Positive and supportive work environment.
Kualifikasi: Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate; Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred; Holds a valid Lifeguard Certification (preferred); Certified in First Aid and CPR; Strong swimming and water rescue skills; Able to work outdoors; Good communication and teamwork skills; Friendly, attentive, and guest-oriented; Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts; Able to join immediately is an advantage.
