The Life Guard is responsible for monitoring member activities in the swimming pool area to ensure safety during swimming sessions. This role involves performing rescue actions and providing first aid in emergency situations, as well as maintaining the pool area to ensure it remains safe, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Candidates must understand and implement safety procedures and emergency response protocols. The role requires a high level of alertness, responsibility, and attention to detail, along with good communication skills. The position involves working in a shift system.
