The Lending Officer is responsible for supporting the administration and operations of the lending program for driver-partners. This includes managing data, documentation, disbursement processes, and reconciliations. The role also involves resolving cases, monitoring performance, and coordinating with various internal departments such as Marketing, Credit Risk, Legal & Compliance, and Finance to ensure the smooth execution of lending operations.
