Lead workforce planning and team development programs.Handle labor-related issues and provide effective HR solutions. Coordinate with local management and overseas stakeholders. Prepare HR reports and deliver professional presentations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry .; Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations .; Experience in organizational development, team management, and employee relations .; Fluent in English and able to communicate in Mandarin .; Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills..
