IT Business Analyst Supervisor

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Business Analyst Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in the agricultural machinery industry. This position will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions, supporting the development and enhancement of digital platforms that improve operational efficiency and customer experience within the agricultural ecosystem. Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to define and implement system requirements, including functional enhancements and UI/UX improvements.

Analyze business processes and propose system solutions to improve matching efficiency between farmers, contractors, and machine owners. Gather, document, and manage business requirements for digital platforms and back-office systems. Support CRM implementation, including customer registration, quotation management, contract administration, communication tracking, invoicing, and campaign management.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with external system vendors regarding requirements, feedback, progress updates, and project deliverables. Monitor project timelines and ensure development milestones are achieved according to schedule. Translate technical information into business-friendly language for internal stakeholders.

Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans. Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and process flow documents. Conduct system training sessions and provide user support when required.

Work closely with digital marketing teams and other cross-functional departments to support business initiatives. Prepare regular project progress reports and KPI monitoring updates. Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
