Utopia Kuliner Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional hukum yang teliti dan berorientasi pada pengembangan bisnis di industri Food & Beverage (F&B). Legal Specialist bertanggung jawab menangani seluruh aspek hukum operasional perusahaan, mulai dari penyusunan dokumen kontrak, kepatuhan regulasi industri F&B, perizinan pembukaan gerai baru, hingga memberikan konsultasi hukum kepada manajemen untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role; experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage; Good knowledge of corporate law, business licensing, contract management, and employment regulations; Familiarity with Indonesian business regulations and relevant government licensing systems; Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team; Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
