PT. Indonesia Surfaris, located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali is currently looking for a talented Legal & General Affairs Staff to join our team. Responsibilities: · Handle company legal documents and general affair tasks. · Manage employee legality (International Stable Employee), including: ü Visa arrangements for international student interns, work visas, and work permits. ü Processing RPTKA and IMTA. · Arrange local & international flight tickets. · Prepare and draft legal letters to government institutions. · Ensure compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations. Requirements: · Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration regulations and legal procedures. · Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (especially for drafting formal legal letters). · Good command of English (spoken and written). · Experience in handling visa & working permits is a plus. · Willingness to work mobile and adapt to dynamic tasks.
